Lily walks into Kat's bedroom and is surprised to see her talking on her cell phone since she knew it had been shut off since Kat hadn't had the money to pay the bill. Kat tells Lily that her friend Kisa paid the bill for her. Lily says she would have loaned her the money but since Kat had agreed when she got her cell phone that it would be up to her to pay for it Lily felt it was a matter of Kat taking responsibility. But done was done and it was nice of Kisa to help out. Lily leaves to go about her business but a little while later returns to Kat's room very angry. She had just checked her credit card account online and saw that Kat's phone bill payment had been charged to her card! She confronts Kat and is very angry that she not only used her credit card without permission but also lied about it! The protesting squirming naughty girl is put right over Lily's knee for a hard hand spanking and then made to go get the double leather strap.
