Life and work of the director who made death an art. Based on the book Damned: The Life and Films of Jose Mojica Marins, Coffin Joe (Maldito: O Vida e o Cinema de Jose Mojica Marins, o Ze do Caixao), by Andre Barcinski and Ivan Finotti, the series focuses on the figure of Marins and his film career, including footage of the filmmaker productions, while a precious cast reenacts stories of his personal life.

Each episode uses an iconic film of Mojica's career as a thread of the plot, exploring since his early western and horror works to his later (mis?)adventures in the porn industry.
